A service connecting people that are seeking help with people who want to help.

We used the “User Centered Design” framework which provides a process that simplifies the design of a product or service.

For brainstorming and the content inventory of the existing service we used FigJam from Figma. For the userjourneys, personas and NABC we used Figma and for the wireframe Miro. For the design I decided to use Figma as it is my go to tool for UI design.

01 Concept

The first 3 months we only worked on the concept. We dug deep into the details and used methods like personas, user journeys and NABC.

02 Design

For me the design was very important, so i focused a lot on the design concept and design system so that i end up with a consistent and functional product.

03 Evaluation

This part is very important because it tests the product and looks for gaps. I achieved this through feedback from experienced ux designers and usertestings with people who are in the target group.

Main flow

Work mode

This is a feature I wanted to try out in the usertestings. It breaks the design with a second primary color, but this is meant to signal the user that he is in the work mode and not in the help mode.

Endproduct

I had a lot of fun with this project and how I transformed the UI patterns to my own design. Maybe some day it will be developed..
